Connect your HubSpot account

In your Outsprint settings, click "Import from HubSpot" and authorize read-only access via OAuth. We never modify your HubSpot data — we only read it.

Review field mapping

Migration FAQ

Does the migration modify my HubSpot data?
No. We use read-only OAuth access to pull data from HubSpot. Your HubSpot account is never modified, and you can keep using it alongside Outsprint for as long as you need.
What about custom properties and field types?
All custom properties are imported with their types preserved. Text, number, date, single-select, multi-select, and checkbox fields all map directly to Outsprint's JSONB-backed property system. You can also rename or restructure properties during the mapping step.
Can I run the migration more than once?
Yes. You can re-run the migration at any time during your trial. Each run does a full import, so your Outsprint data will always reflect the latest state of your HubSpot account. This is useful if you want to keep both systems in sync during evaluation.
What if something goes wrong during import?
The migration tool logs every record processed and flags any issues. If a record fails to import, you'll see exactly which one and why. You can fix the issue and re-run, or contact our support team for help. Your HubSpot data is never at risk.
Do email threads and conversation history come over?
Yes. All email engagements logged in HubSpot are imported with their full content, timestamps, and contact associations. Your team will have complete conversation history from day one in Outsprint.
What about HubSpot workflows and automations?
HubSpot workflows don't transfer directly because Outsprint uses a fundamentally different approach: AI-driven automations that you configure through natural language. Many workflows you built in HubSpot become unnecessary when you can simply tell Outsprint what to do. For complex automations, our team can help you recreate the logic.
Is there a cost for migration?
No. Migration is free and included with every Outsprint plan, including during your trial. For databases over 10,000 contacts, our guided migration service is also free for Enterprise customers and available at no extra cost during your evaluation period.
Can I migrate from other CRMs too?
Currently, our one-click migration tool supports HubSpot. For other CRMs like Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Zoho, you can import data via CSV upload. We're building native connectors for more platforms — check our roadmap or contact us for your specific CRM.
